New Extended Hours for Walk-In Blood Collection

Foundations Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is pleased to offer walk-in blood collection services Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No appointment is required, making it easier to fit necessary blood work into your schedule.

Blood collection services will be provided by Joanne Reardon, Registered Laboratory Technologist, who brings more than 20 years of laboratory experience to our clinic. Joanne’s extensive background in laboratory services helps ensure patients receive professional, efficient, and compassionate care in a comfortable local setting.

Patients are asked to bring their laboratory requisition with them when visiting the clinic.

We’re proud to continue expanding the services available at Foundations and to provide another convenient healthcare option for our community.
